HP Elitebook 8560p Ubuntu 13.04 VmWare Workstation 9.0.2.

I'm using this hardware for he last 3 months.
After trying everything I know, still have the same problem.

HARDWARE & SOFTWARE

HP Elitebook 8560p (new 2013-04)
4 gb ram
4 cpu.
SSD Disk 250 gb (new)
Fresh install Ubuntu 13.04
Update all patchs.
VmWare Workstation official download, official license. (legal)

Applications installed in Ubuntu.
- Firefox
- TrueCrypt
- Keepass2
- Teamviewer8
- Skype
- linphone
- Claws
- Filezilla
- VLC
- Samba (1 Network share mapped)
- tweak tools.
- Grooveshark runniing in firefox.

PROBLEM
Running 1 (one) VMWare machine, (Win XP or Ubuntu 12.10) the problem is the same.
running Firefox with 8 tabs,
running Skype ,
without high CPU Load,
the system hung up for one or two seconds and then all is working right again EXCEPT
the VMWare close like pressing the STOP BUTTON,
sometimes FIREFOX Close,
one of them CLOSE with alerts, without messages...

CHECKS
I activated the VMWare Logs and the VM Server log, no error messages, no warnings.
I see the Ubuntu logs... nothing.
